Heather graduated with honours from the Health Studies program at Brock University. She is a Certified Exercise Physiologist specializing in Core Mechanics and Functional Training and is a certified Personal Trainer and a Trainer of Trainers, with the Certified Personal Trainers Network. Heather completed her Medical Exercise Specialist Certification broadening her understanding of all medical conditions affecting functional living that are currently being treated in Canada. Heather has been teaching the Method PILATES for over twenty three years, and a participant for over twenty five years. After earning her initial Instructor certificate through the Physical Mind Institute, Heather has continued to expand her repertoire to include small apparatus such as the mini ball , Swiss ball, and reformer. Recently she has become a Certified Trigenics Trainer , certified with Functional Movement Systems as a Trainer and certified with Exercise Is Medicine Canada.

Sheri Montgomery

HBSc (HK), Certified Pilates Instructor

Sheri graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, and soon after began working as a Certified Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. She has experience in exercise therapy and fitness training with clinical and private clients as well as teaching continuing education courses for kinesiologists for over six years. After leaving the world of fitness to become a full-time mom to her two children, Sheri is returning to share her passion for helping people look and feel their best through the practice of Pilates.

When Sheri is not educating her clients about building healthy lifestyle habits, you can find her at the hockey rink cheering on both of her kids on the ice. She looks forward to helping you be in the driver’s seat of your own health journey!
