This is by far the best Pilatez studio in Barrie. I have tried numerous locations in the Barrie area but would not go anywhere else now that I have taken classes with Heather. My fitness level has increased with Heather's gentle guidance and support. When I leave class I can't wait to go back.

Heather is very knowledgeable in the exercise field and is able to transfer that knowledge to the Pilates environment and adapt it to the different skill levels in the class.
