Heather has been teaching the Method PILATES for over nineteen years, and a participant for over twenty years. After earning her initial Instructor certificate through the Physical Mind Institute, Heather has continued to expand her repertoire to include small apparatus such as the mini ball , Swiss ball, and reformer. Recently she has become a Certified Trigenics Trainer , certified with Functional Movement Systems as a Trainer and certified with Exercise Is Medicine Canada. I have been a member of this Pilatez studio for many years. Heather conducts herself with the utmost professionalism and is certainly an expert at what she does. It is without hesitation that I recommend this studio for all of your fitness needs.
