Class Categories: Pilates


Reformer classes are enjoyed in the upper studio.  We have 3 reformers giving us the ability to personalize all classes.  All classic Pilates moves are performed on the Reformer to maximize and build on your length and strength.

The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment which looks like a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys. The origins of the Pilates reformer date back to the original Pilates studio in New York in the 1920’s and was designed by Joseph Pilates himself.

Pilates Playground

Add vigor and variety to your workout while developing deep muscular strength, flexibility and endurance. This class, small equipment and the TRX suspension trainer will be incorporated to tone arms, legs, back and torso with exercises that yield results. This class gets your heart rate up and ensures your whole body stays fit and firm – ready for the weekend!


A great way to be introduced to the TRX. You will learn how the TRX works, and how the class flows while getting a great workout! All Pilates based, of course!

Cardio Barre

Get your heart pumping in this fun BARRE class! Have a blast with a CARDIO workout that will challenge your strength, tone muscle and leave you feeling great. Moving and grooving to a motivating, high energy playlist will leave you feeling energized and ready for anything!
