This is Why I Teach
I love seeing people move well. I take pleasure in giving them the opportunity to build strength and balance so they can enjoy their daily living. We do this while having fun and moving to great music. This is why I teach. Pilates is the foundation for all that I do, core strength, long lean muscles, balance and so much more. There have been other influences on my teaching style; the Martial Arts have played a role in this. I spent many years as a student and teacher of Karate and Kickboxing. I incorporate some of the key skills learned over the years when I am working with people – flow of movement, focus and mindfulness.
