Heather graduated with honours from the Health Studies program at Brock University. She is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist specializing in Core Mechanics and Functional Training and is a certified Personal Trainer and a Trainer of Trainers, with the Certified Personal Trainers Network.

Celebrating 20 Years

Heather graduated with honours from the Health Studies program at Brock University. She is a Certified Exercise Physiologist specializing in Core Mechanics and Functional Training and is a certified Personal Trainer and a Trainer of Trainers, with the Certified Personal Trainers Network. Heather completed her Medical Exercise Specialist Certification broadening her understanding of all medical conditions affecting functional living that are currently being treated in Canada. Heather has been teaching the Method PILATES for over nineteen years, and a participant for over twenty years. After earning her initial Instructor certificate through the Physical Mind Institute, Heather has continued to expand her repertoire to include small apparatus such as the mini ball , Swiss ball, and reformer. Recently she has become a Certified Trigenics Trainer , certified with Functional Movement Systems as a Trainer and certified with Exercise Is Medicine Canada. Celebrating 20 years in Barrie this year!
